Hi, I'm Blake. I am Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of North Florida with a distinguished track record in the higher education industry. As a Fulbright Scholar, I have had the opportunity to broaden my academic and cultural horizons. This study aims to explore the impact of employee litigation on the innovation output of firms, specifically within the pharmaceutical sector, by examining the relationship between employee lawsuits and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) product approvals.
Federal procurement contracts positively impact shareholder value, with factors like contract type, industry concentration, and information leakage influencing investor behavior, while long-term defense contracts yield the highest returns on equity.
